Jorge was amazing like always. He knows our drink order by heart, amazing. My pear martini was very strong and it got the job done (two). The price is very reasonable. We were here to celebrate a birthday and got a complimentary cake. I ordered the burger and could only eat half, it was so big.

Always good food and Excellent service. The aromatic shrimp are a must have appetizer. Tonight we had steak and the Chicken Marsala, both were very flavorful and cooked to perfection.

The food and service was excellent! This was my first time here and will be returning! We went for a birthday celebration and for an early dinner before a play! It's like an old school restaurant but with great ambiance, has a bar if you just wanted to sit and drink and eat up there or the have a nice dinner in the restaurant as well! Great place, Paul our server was awesome! Recommend highly!!!

The food was delicious (Atlantic salmon with fresh vegetables and roasted red potatoes), the service and hospitality was impeccable and the ambiance consisted of a soft jazz band. We will return! The server even remembered that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary! (After 35+ years together, you order the same thing!)

The food we ordered was great, no complaints, the atmosphere wonderful and the service from our server Jessica, just the best! It was my birthday celebration, we made the reservations a few weeks ago, because I was asked where I'd like to go to celebrate, I told my friends, Mr. V's, and then we were heading over for the last show of "Jersey Boys" at La Mirada at 6:30 PM. After what would have been the perfect evening, we had 2, not 1 but 2 shocking episodes with Tyson their Manager. When Jessica heard it was my birthday, she said we give a BD dessert of Panna Cotta. I said we also are heading to the La Mirada Theater and they sponsor your restaurant on their tickets, she said then you'd also get a desert of your choice. I said great, I don't like Panna Cotta, but my friend from Puglia, Italy loves it, and I'd like the Carrot Cake. She asked me to show her my tickets. Instead I showed her my receipt for the 6:30 PM show in my cell, I had to pick up the tickets at Will Call. Even though I showed her my receipt in the cell phone, she had to ask the Manager if it was OK to give me the Carrot Cake. I thought, "What? We have a $175+ bill including a $25 corkage fee, I've brought 10 friends here before, etc." OK, how could he say no on Mother's Day to top it off? Well, Tyson appeared and made a big stink, and said without the paper ticket, he couldn't offer the Carrot Cake, so I asked could I have it instead of Panna Cotta, NO. Finally, I got through to him and he out of what looked like disgust finally agreed. I loved the Carrot Cake, my friends didn't trust him at that point to even taste it, that's how defiant and nasty Tyson behaved. My friends were trying to get Jessica's attention to pay the tab, we were starting to run late, and getting nervous. We had to wait for her, then she had to get the credit card billed. Just then Tyson comes over to our table again, telling us, we have a 2 hour limit, and it's now time to leave! Could you imagine, in this classy, well known, highly rated restaurant, they leave a Manager like Tyson in charge to run the restaurant? As much as I loved my meal, Jessica's service and ambiance, having to deal with Tyson was a nightmare, he ruined the evening for us.

Excellent service. Went there for my daughters 30th birthday dinner. It was the perfect evening. We had Oster Rockefeller, and they were delicious right out of the kitchen. The decore is red walls and leather booths table dining. Teally tasteful. If you come to Mr. V'S share your experience with all of us. Enjoy!

Delicious food and service is good. Prices are average . I definitely recommend this place for a delicious steak and goos drink

Mr. Vs is a fine dining restaurant. I have been going there for years. Their menu offers a large variety choices. The bar is large with large screen t.vs and live music on weekends. Staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. I recommend Mr. V's frequently.

We have eaten here many times over the years, and Mr. Vi's Bar and Grill is definitely the best upscale restaurant in La Mirada. The service is always friendly and helpful, the drinks are always poured to perfection, and the food is always excellent. There are so many great dishes on the menu: Tuna Crab Cakes., Caesar Salad, Chinese Chop Chicken Salad, Jambalaya, Chicken Marsala, Kung Pao Shrimp, Atlantic Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass and so much more. Did I mention that the fish-and-chips are massive!?. After all of that, I still haven't gotten to the steaks, Chops and Ribs. Regardless of what you order. Everything is fantastic. If you are in La Mirada, you should visit Mr. V's for a great dining experience.

If you haven't been here, it's time to visit. Service, Food, drinks are outstanding! We came here for an anniversary dinner and sat in the bar. The saxophonist was very talented, and sexy serenaded us all during dinner. I can personally say I'm a lemon drop martini snob , and they make them perfect. Additionally, If you like a dirty martini, you will not be disappointed. For our entree's, (hands down) the Rocker fella Oysters, ribeye , swordfish, and fettuccine were delicious. The nice waitress even brought over an anniversary desert. Mr. V's is simply good American restaurant.
